By accessing, browsing, interacting with, or purchasing from our online store, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms, conditions, and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. However, because the visual display depends heavily on the specifications, screen configurations, and technical settings of the device you utilize to access the Service, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display of any color or texture will be absolutely precise.
The Memorial Keepsake Line: Please note that our flagship collections—including the Premium Bespoke Hand-Painted Pet Memorial Pendant—are individually prepared and meticulously hand-detailed by our studio artists. Consequently, minor natural variations in finish, subtle brushstroke nuances, and structural alignments are inherent characteristics of individual hand-craftsmanship. These variations do not constitute product defects or a lack of conformity.
Modifications and Discontinuation: All descriptions of products, core components, and product pricing are subject to modification at any time without prior notice, at our absolute discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product, material series, or design configuration at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
SECTION 3 - ORDERS, CANCELLATIONS, AND PROCUREMENT CONTRACTS
When you submit an order through our storefront, your order constitutes an official offer to purchase. CareFreeMart reserves the absolute right, at our sole discretion, to accept, restrict, or decline your purchase offer for any reason. A binding procurement contract is only established once CareFreeMart formally confirms acceptance of your order and processes your payment clearance.
Bespoke and Custom Order Restrictions: Because our signature custom pendants involve direct structural hand-painting allocated immediately upon order validation, cancellation requests for custom, customized, or bespoke products cannot be accepted once the artisanal production process has commenced. Please verify your specifications thoroughly before final submittal.
Order Limitations and Modifications: We reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. In the event that we modify or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email, billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time the order was generated.
Commercial Resale Prohibition: By completing a purchase, you represent and warrant that the items procured are strictly for your personal or household utilization, and are not intended for commercial resale, distribution, or unauthorized export.
SECTION 4 - PRICING AND BILLING COMPLIANCE
All prices, commercial discounts, and promotional offers displayed on our storefront are subject to change without prior notice. The final binding price for any product or service is the effective price at the exact moment your order is placed, which will be explicitly enumerated in your transactional confirmation email. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, posted prices do not include localized sales taxes, international shipping fees, customs processing duties, or import tariffs imposed by your destination country.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, payment, and account information for all transactions executed at our store. You agree to promptly update your account credentials, including your email address, credit card numbers, PayPal identifiers, and expiration dates, so that we can successfully execute your transactions and contact you as required.
By initiating a checkout, you represent and warrant that: (1) the financial and billing information you supply is true, correct, and complete; (2) you are fully authorized to utilize the designated credit card or payment channel for the purchase; (3) your designated payment processor or issuing bank will honor the generated charges; and (4) you will pay all charges incurred at the posted rates, including shipping, safe handling, and applicable processing parameters.
SECTION 5 - LOGISTICS FULFILLMENT, SHIPPING, AND TRANSIT RISK
CareFreeMart applies automated internal quality-assurance logs for every parcel prior to fulfillment sealing. While we prioritize prompt transit routing, posted shipping timelines are careful business estimations and cannot be legally guaranteed. CareFreeMart shall not be held liable for delivery delays stemming from customs clearances, international carrier disruptions, extreme weather environments, or any force majeure circumstances outside our immediate control.
Once our studio delivers the package to the designated international logistics carrier, the legal title and the risk of physical loss or third-party tampering post-dispatch transfer to you, the customer. If an item arrives physically compromised due to transit damage, you must notify our official support desk at support@carefreemart.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence of both the external carrier packaging and the product components for a verified replacement evaluation.
SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RESTRAINT
Our Service—including without limitation all trademarks, logos, brand assets, site architecture, text layouts, product photography, artisanal graphics, reviews, design layouts, and video documentation—is the exclusive legal property of CareFreeMart, its corporate affiliates, or its licensors, and is protected under international patent, copyright, and intellectual property statutes.
These Terms of Service grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the site strictly for personal, non-commercial utilization. You are strictly prohibited from copying, reproducing, distributing, modifying, creating derivative works of, publicly displaying, downloading, storing, or transmitting any visual or text materials from our Service without express prior written authorization from CareFreeMart. CareFreeMart is an independent commercial entity operated on e-commerce hosting architectures provided by Shopify Inc. All sales, customer support contracts, and product fulfillments executed through this storefront are handled directly and exclusively between you and CareFreeMart.
By utilizing this Service, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify Inc. and its corporate affiliates bear no legal responsibility or data liability for any element of the transactions, sales, or communications executed between you and CareFreeMart. You hereby explicitly release Shopify Inc. and its parent operations from any claims, damages, liabilities, or disputes arising from or in connection with your commercial interactions with CareFreeMart.
