The Studio Dispatch Protocol

Handling & Studio Processing: Because our core collections involve delicate hand-painted artistry and individual custom assembly, all orders require a 3 to 5 business day processing window. During this time, our studio artisans execute material verification, coloring, and final quality control logging.

International Delivery Windows: Once dispatched, standard international shipments typically reach destination coordinates within 7 to 14 days.

Tracking Notification: A secure tracking number linked to your destination carrier (such as Sagawa Express for Japan) will be automatically dispatched to your email address the moment the package clears our outbound warehouse.
