  2. Hair Collection Chamber: The crystal-clear protective casing features a secure internal chamber. This allows you to safely place your pet's loose hair inside this custom-painted model, creating a timeless, dual-layered personalized keepsake to hang on your bag.

Selecting our premium custom tier unlocks complete, uncompromised artistic personalization based directly on your requests:

Pendant Color Customization: Our studio painters will manually execute professional fine-brush color replication directly onto the acrylic dog model's base, coat markings, and specific clothing elements (such as matching a custom jacket) according to your pet's reference photos.

Bespoke Accessory Pairing: We don't use fixed pre-packaged keychains. Our artisans will hand-select, mix, and pair the structural hardware keychain finishes and the high-elastic plush pom-pom color coordinates to flawlessly complement your custom-painted model or satisfy your special email notes.

During this time, our studio artisans execute rigorous material verification, precision coloring, hand-stitching, and final quality control logging before secure parcel sealing.

International Delivery Windows: Once dispatched from our outbound workspace, standard international shipments typically reach destination coordinates within 7 to 14 days.

Tracking Notification: A secure tracking number linked to your premium destination carrier (such as Sagawa Express for Japan) will be automatically dispatched to your email address the exact moment the package clears our outbound warehouse logistics platform.
