CareFreeMart: Terms & Policy
1. Return & Refund Policy
At CareFreeMart, we specialize in high-value lifestyle artifacts and curated design ensembles for pets. Each selection is individually inspected to ensure it meets our studio's rigorous quality standards before international dispatch. To ensure absolute order accuracy, all custom configurations and item specifications are verified directly with the client via our digital design workflows prior to final assembly.
Return Window: Clients may request a return within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date.
Eligibility: To be eligible, the item must be in its original, unused condition with all components and signature packaging intact.
Artisanal Characteristics: As our signature lines (including The Memorial Keepsake Series) are produced in individual artisanal batches, slight variations in finish, brushstrokes, or alignment are inherent to the hand-selection and hand-painting process and are not considered defects.
Process: To initiate a return, contact support@carefreemart.com with your Order Number. Once approved, the client is responsible for trackable return shipping costs.
Refunds: Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method (PayPal) within 5–7 business days after the item is received and verified by our facility.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Transit Damage: If you receive an item affected during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence of both the external carrier packaging and the product.
Resolution: CareFreeMart will provide a swift replacement or a full refund for items verified as damaged during the shipping process.
Incorrect Orders: In the rare event that the incorrect model or series is received, please notify us immediately for an expedited resolution.
Security & Package Tampering: CareFreeMart maintains internal photo and video logs of every assembled parcel prior to sealing. If a package appears to have been opened, resealed, or tampered with by a third party during the logistics chain, clients must notify us within 24 hours with photos of the shipping label and the internal contents. Discrepancy claims will be cross-referenced against our Internal Assembly Records to identify unauthorized external interference.
3. Privacy Policy: Data Stewardship & Compliance
CareFreeMart (a division of Dongguan Danchuang New Material Co., Ltd. (东莞丹创新材料科技有限公司)) is committed to secure data management. This policy outlines our compliance with international trade and payment standards.
Information Collection: We only collect data necessary for order fulfillment and legal compliance, including contact details and shipping coordinates.
Payment Security: All transactions are processed via secure gateways. CareFreeMart does not store or access your private financial credentials.
Data Usage: Information is used strictly for Logistics Fulfillment, Client Support, and Regulatory/Audit Compliance.
Your Rights: Clients may request access to or deletion of their data at any time via support@carefreemart.com.

Curation Acceptance: By purchasing from our Curation Series, the client acknowledges that they are procuring a professional selection and hand-painted service. Minor variations are inherent to high-end design and do not constitute a lack of conformity.
Payment Protocols: We reserve the right to cancel orders if unauthorized or high-risk activity is flagged by our payment processors.
Shipping & Risk: Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Once a tracking number is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, the risk of loss, including theft or third-party tampering post-delivery, passes to the client. CareFreeMart is not responsible for the actions of external malicious actors who target the final leg of the logistics chain.
Governing Law: These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, with exclusive legal jurisdiction resting in the registered location of Dongguan Danchuang New Material Co., Ltd. (东莞丹创新材料科技有限公司), Dongguan, Guangdong Province.
